Hi, I’m Sahil.  It has been rich two years with Carnation.

Carnation is my first Job. In the past 2 years I have come across various verticals and have been assigned different roles.  Being the 2nd employee in WOW function, I was given the opportunity to run WOW successfully. During the initial stages we were clueless on how the concept will work, with the passage of time we understood the pattern. I have been given an opportunity to develop training modules and impart WOW process training, SAP training, soft skills, etc.
