| Mr. Jagdish Khattar | |
Mr. Jagdish Khattar, a dynamic visionary, a mentor , a customer oriented person is the former Managing Director & CEO of Maruti Suzuki India Limited . He has been instrumental in turning around Maruti Suzuki from a loss making company to registering a profit of over US$400 million in 2006-07. He joined Maruti as Director Marketing and Sales in 1993, became Joint Managing Director in 1997 and finally led the company as Managing Director & CEO from 1999 to 2007. Prior to joining Maruti ,Mr. Khattar was a member of the Indian Administrative Services for twenty eight years and spearheaded some key positions such as District Magistrate, Chamoli, UP; Managing Director UP State Industrial Development Corporation; Director, Tea Board of India, London; Chairman, Tea Board, Ministry of Commerce, Government of India; Chairman and Managing Director, UP State Cement Corporation; Secretary, Department of Transport, Uttar Pradesh (UP) & Chairman, UP State Road Transport Corporation and his last assignment was Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Steel. An Honors graduate in Arts from St. Stephens College, Delhi University Mr. Khattar is a qualified lawyer and has also been conferred an Honorary Doctorate of Business Administration from the London Metropolitan University, UK. Recipient of several awards, Mr. Khattar has been awarded the Pathfinder CEO of the year 2006 by National HRD Network, Auto Car man of the year 2008 by CNBC, Auto Man of the year 2008 by NDTV Profit and the prestigious Founders Award 2008 by JD Powers & Associates to name a few. | Virender Shankar - Chief Financial Officer | |
A result oriented perfectionist with exceptional analytical skills, Mr. Shankar has a progressive thought process. His major strengths have been in demonstrating break through organizational transformations and a competency to introduce world class internal control and governance processes, par excellence. Mr. Shankar is a B Com graduate and has subsequently completed CA in 1981 and CS in 1984.He has been a distinct merit holder throughout. He carries with him a rich cross functional experience of nearly twenty eight years in finance, Direct and Indirect Taxation, logistics, IT and non production purchases. Mr. Shankar has experience of working in multinational companies like Schneider Electric India, Eternet Everest and A.F. Ferguson (part of Deloitte). He was part of the acquisition committee of Schneider and had handled the acquisition of the Low Voltage Business from Crompton Greaves, MCB business from S&S Power Switchgear and Wiring Devises business under Clipsal. He was also a member of the Supervisory Board representing Worldwide Employees of Schneider Electric. In his association with Schneider India, he was instrumental in the Company achieving a yearly compounded growth of more than 30 % for the last 10 years. |

| Yadvender Singh Yadav - AVP - Business Development | |
An aggressive, smart, dexterous qualified management professional, Yadvender has about twelve years of experience in Strategy Planning, Dealer Management, Channel Management & Development Initiatives, Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, with organizations like Reliance Retail & Toyota, India. He has been proactively instrumental in completing first Business Concept plan for automotive retail and the first facility guide for automotive retail. During his stint with Toyota, Yadav has outstandingly contributed in rolling out first set of dealers and has set a benchmark for dealership facilities in Indian Automotive Industry. He is a post graduate in Marketing and was born in Gurgaon. His family comprises of his wife and 21/2 year old son. He enjoys sports and Rally in his free time.

An “Out of Box’’ thinker, Lipika is an eloquent, focused, self-driven professional with over twelve years of experience in Marketing, Brand & Management Product Planning in reputed companies like Bharti Airtel, Hero Motors, United Colors of Benetton, and Indian Express. She is a commerce graduate with a diploma in mass communication. She also has international marketing experience in Singapore handling the Asia Pacific region for Yonex wherein she created and launched a new format of Shop in shop. During her stint with Hero Motors, Lipika Conceptualized, developed & executed the new corporate identity i.e. Hero Motors from Hero Puch and successfully launched Hero Sting and Hero Smart. She has spearheaded and successfully launched Airtel's first entry into the entertainment domain IPTV- Internet protocol television. Her current portfolio is driving Marketing and Branding of Carnation and driving the Car customization vertical initiative with the partnership of DC design. She has been awarded with “Top Performer of Airtel” for the year 2007-2008. |
